Dr. Keneisha Harrington
Creator and Community Builder
Keneisha Harrington, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at Kennesaw State University. Her research centers the experiences of African Americans within and throughout the public education system. Committed to the wellness of Black Womyn, Keneisha started this community after she recognized a profound need for mentorship during her transition into the professoriate, and realized she would need support in remaining grounded and striving towards self-actualization while serving in an academic role.

Dr. Tammy Francis
Community Femtor
Dr. Tammy Francis is an assistant professor of reading and faculty coordinator of developmental education in Texas. She is also an edupreneur and the CEO of Catalyst 4 Change Global, LLC, where she helps purpose driven leaders move in the direction of more by providing proven tools and strategies. Dr. Iwinosa Idahor
Community Femtor
Iwinosa Idahor, Ph.D. is a native of North Carolina and embarked upon her journey to becoming an educator as an NC Teaching Fellow. After teaching middle school Language Arts/Social Studies for several years, Iwinosa decided to pursue her Doctorate to study the disparities that affect marginalized students, educators and communities. Her research and professional interests include exploring and amplifying the lived experiences of (future) teachers of color, student affinity and support groups, culturally affirming community and family engagement, and mentoring for teachers and students. She revels in the exuberance of Black joy, excellence and life.
